30 Day Free Domestic Returns & Exchanges

For 30 days from the date of purchase we will exchange or return your purchase, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label free of charge. Prepaid return labels are available for all domestic (RSA) orders. Please read the details and follow the instructions below to exchange or return. Effective 2024-01-01.

Exchange

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different product, size or style.

Please contact us by completing the contact form on our Contact Us page, or via telephone, email, or WhatsApp, as per the contact details at the bottom of this page.

You will need your order number and order receipt. Your order number can be found on your confirmation emails, which is also your order receipt.

Please return the merchandise back to us in new unused condition along with a copy of the order receipt with your size and/or product exchange request written on it.

You do not need a Return Authorization (RA). Simply contact us and we will initiate the process.

Once your exchange has been initiated, we will book your return via our preferred courier company and supply you with your prepaid shipping label and waybill.

Returns

You may return your purchased merchandise for a refund of the original purchase price. Your refund can be processed via the three following methods.

1. Refund via stopping or returning your credit card payment.
2. Refund via an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into your bank account.
3. Refund via our Voucher System. Offering you a voucher that can be redeemed on our website, to the value of your return.
